SAF Plant Engineering and Design
In 2024, BioFlight completed completed a Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) study that confirmed the feasibility of our production method using proven gas-to-liquid technology.

SAF Demonstration Plant
Partnered with OxEon Energy, located in the US, for use of a SAF demo plant converting biomethane into SAF using Fischer Tropsch technology.

First Biomethane Project
In 2025, received approval to launch biogas upgrading at a municipal waste water treatment plant. BioFlight Fuels will procure the majority of biomethane feedstock needed for SAF production. This project will validate and solidify our supply chain as well as generate medium term revenue.
